June 5, 2007. Progressive Episcopalians of Pittsburgh submitted its own answers to the Executive Council’s Study Guide to the draft Anglican covenant yesterday. June 4 was the deadline for submitting responses.

Believing that it is important that The Episcopal church receive advice directly from its members, PEP encouraged both it own members and Episcopalians generally to study the proposed covenant and to answer the 14 questions posed in the Study Guide. PEP also distributed a Microsoft Word worksheet for submitting answers and a collection of background resources to help Episcopalians develop their own answers. (See story here.)
